Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday-Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays).
Next Day Delivery orders must be placed before 11am Monday-Friday to be eligible.
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a dispatch email & tracking link.

Please note:
“Next Day” refers to the next working day (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed after the daily cut-off (11am) or over the weekend will be processed the next working day.
For example, orders dispatched on Friday are typically delivered on Monday.
Pre Order Policy
Some sizes/styles are available on pre-order due to high demand. Estimated dispatch times for pre-order items will be clearly stated on the product page.
Please note:
Pre-order items are not eligible for next-day delivery
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, items in stock will be shipped first & pre-order stock shipped once available.
Dispatch dates are estimates and may occasionally change due to supplier delays
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched

Local Collection
We also offer free local collection (LS25) to customers who are based in Leeds, UK & surrounding areas.
Collections are usually ready within 1-2 days, however if you require same day collection, let us know & we will try our best to accommodate!
Please place your order as normal, before contacting us at customer.support@twentymemoir.com to arrange local collection & we will refund shipping cost.
You will receive an email once your order is ready to arrange a collection time & date. If you need to rearrange please let us know at least 24 hours prior.
International Delivery
All international orders are fully tracked and shipped via tracked international services. Orders are processed within 1–2 working days and dispatched using tracked delivery services.
Ireland
Tracked international delivery to Ireland (5–8 working days).
Shipped via tracked international service. You will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

Tracked international delivery across Europe (5–8 working days). Orders are processed within 1–2 working days and shipped via tracked Royal Mail international service. You will receive a tracking link once dispatched.

Tracked international delivery across USA & Canada (5–8 working days). Orders are processed within 1–2 working days and shipped via tracked Royal Mail international service. You will receive a tracking link once dispatched.

Customs Duties, Import Taxes & Handling Fees
Orders outside of the UK (including Ireland) may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or courier handling fees set by your local customs authority and are not controlled by Twenty Memoir.
These fees may vary depending on the destination country and local import regulations.

These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient before or upon delivery. You will be contacted directly by the shipping courier.
Twenty Memoir is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance. If duties or taxes are not paid and the parcel is returned, shipping costs are non-refundable.
