Please read our returns & exchanges policy carefully before proceeding.

Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with packaging intact
All tags must remain attached and undamaged
Items must be free from makeup, tan, fragrance, or any marks
Items must be returned in the original zip lock bag (if missing, a £2 fee will be deducted from your refund)
Any items that do not meet these conditions may be declined and returned to you.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Returns requested within 7 days are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method
Returns requested between 7–14 days are eligible for store credit only
Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted

To request a return, please contact us at customer.support@twentymemoir.com with your order number and reason for return.

If you’d like to exchange for a different size/item, we recommend placing a new order and returning your original item for a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and items will be reviewed to ensure they meet our return conditions before a refund is processed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Please keep your tracking number until your return has been confirmed.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images, and we will resolve this as quickly as possible.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as final sale or non-refundable are not eligible for returns. Any requests will be declined.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and any customs charges.
Please ensure your return is clearly marked as “Returned Goods” to avoid delays or additional fees.

Processing Time

Once your return is received and approved, please allow 5–10 working days for processing. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
